Made a trip with RTW Flights to New Zealand via Hong Kong, OZ and Bangkok last Spring.
Flights organised efficiently and at a reasonable cost. However there was a problem with one flight that left earlier than on RTW's itinery. Hence missed connection.
This was partially my fault as I should have checked with airline personally. RTW did have my contact number and so could have told me of this change as it was made prior to my original departure.
My request for compensation was dealt with fairly and relatively promptly which showed RTW in a good light.
