We were planning an 11 week trip down under and contacted Simon at R.W.F. by phone,, he was able to answer all of our initial questions, and we were greatly reassured by his knowledge and caring personality. We could have subsequently done everything over the phone and by email with him, but took the opportunity whilst in London to call. He was able to guide us through our planned journey with advice, tips and practical changes to our itinerary based on his experience. he even organised our Visas for us. We had a fantastic time starting in Japan for 1 week, Australia for 5 weeks, New Zealand for 3 weeks, Fiji one week and a week to get home via Sydney and 3 days in Singapore. Our travels by bus, train and plane went without a hitch and Simon's advice played a major part in the success of our journey. we would recommend R.W.F. to anyone considering long distance and extended time travel.
