Excellent, friendly and helpful service. The staff kept me going when my passport got broken in Vietnam and was panicking about catching my next connection from Bangkok to Australia and offered me a lot of practical advice and encouragement. Always quick to answer questions and offer solutions even if it does not always lead to a sale for them. Am sure that saved a lot of money (and time!) getting flights through them instead of researching them by myself.
