I booked a couple of years ago for an around the world trip and had a wonderful experience working with Geoff. I did it all on-line, including sending my entire payment. I found this site on my own so had no one recommend it and was very relieved that I had chosen this company as they came thru for me entirely. No surprises and I received what I had expected. I had to change one of my departure dates from a country and even then I only paid what Geoff had told me I would have to pay if that ever happened. Actually, I think I paid less! I recommend this site to everyone - even if you're not going on an around the world trip. The fares cannot be beat - I spent the whole winter prior to my departure researching and this by far was the best site - and I know it is all on the up and up as I did the trip without any complications - none. I will book my next big trip through them again. To be honest until I actually was in London and using my ticket I was a bit apprehensive but now it seems a bit silly that I had any worries! I spoke with Geoff a couple of times on the phone - he called me so I had no phone charges in arranging this one year, around the world itinerary. Amazing really. Hope to be in the position to do another extended trip and when I do I will not go with anyone else. Will continue to recommend this site to my friends and everyone else. I live in Canada and had to fly to London as that was a requirement but even with that fare it was cheaper by thousands of dollars. I had a flexible schedule so I just found a super sale to London and then co-ordinated with Geoff for the start of the ATW fare. It was all quite easy and not near as complicated as one would think when you are planning a multi-country one year travel itinerary. I actually only made 2 changes while travelling and even with those changes the price is untouchable by anyone else. Excellent, excellent company and Geoff was amazing to work with.
