I had the luck to be assisted by Jarvis and Geoff: both of them have been very professional, helpfull, punctual. To me, RTWF is a Best Choice: flexible schedule, collaborating with the most safe Flight Companies all over the world (many times I was in the airplane, people couldn't believe I was spending a certain amount to fly over entire Australasia, while they were spending the same amount just for a single flight between, for example, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney...). Also very open-minded and patient, considering that I am Italian and I needed a bit of more assistance because of "our" different booking procedures. To me is 10/10 score. I hope to be able to travel again through RTW in the future. Flavio
