I traveled with you almost 2 years ago taking the Trans-Siberian train from China to Moscow. The agent who booked the trip was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was upset though, that he was unaware that Russia did not permit Visa applications from the internet. It was sent from your contact in Moscow at a hefty price that was passed to me. I also did not enjoy staying on the train for 4 days to Moscow, and wished the trip was broken up like someone else I met, who stayed over in E-Kateringberg. The stay in Siberia should have been one or two nights only. In addition, you did not offer any brochures like the other travellers agents did. Aside from the above, it was an enjoyable experience, with good accommodation, and friendly tour guides. I would definitely recommend your agency, and have been doing so when anyone asks.
