Last year I wanted to get a cheap flight home to Australia over Xmas, which is practically impossible anyway but I'd left it until May or June to even look. I tried loads of travel agents, but Geoff really went out of his way to play around with the dates and found me an AWESOME flight on Singapore Airlines for a price of only around £750. Then, later when I missed an email about a time change and only found out shortly before the trip, he sorted it all out and I ended up on a even better flight. He will be my first call next time I want to book a long-haul trip!
