I got a great price for my RTW trip from and to Heathrow last summer (2015). James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I always got a response to any queries almost immediately. Other services, for example hotel booking, were offered but I didn't use them. There was only one glitch - when my reference code was changed and I logged onto the old one and found no bookings. Aagh! When I asked and then got the new log in reference, all my bookings were there! ???? Having said that, I will definitely use RTW again and highly recommend them.
