I have become a regular user of these efficient guys; that is to say once a year for the last three years. They've worked out my round the world flights with me twice advising on options, how to keep the cost down and where the world ticket doesn't cover they've added on the individual flights to fit the schedule. The latest request was to find a way to get me to Addis Ababa and on to Cape Town which turned out to be easier than I expected and it is likely to be used again as it is among the cheaper ways to go. In all my wanderings nothing has been mis-scheduled.
