They are very professional and because there's and agent who takes care of your trip so they get in touch back if there are any changes. I had a return ticket from Auclank to Spain and Geoff offered me a much better connection a week before left. That saved me five airport hours!!!! at no extra charge. I have used it twice, once a trip around the world with no less that 8 stops and this year a round trip to New Zealand from Spain. Very reliable agency.
