We have now used RTW.com I believe 3 times for our trips down under and to the Pacific Islands, plus to visit our son and family in Singapore. The last two of those trips have been managed by Geoff, who has done a wonderful job of understanding our requirements and tailoring the RTW flights to our individual needs . It is inevitable that when creating a tailor made flight there will be numerous rounds of adjustments to get it "just right" and Geoff has been great at taking that in his stride and indeed adding value with some great suggestions.
