We booked with this company after dealing with 3 0r 4 on line agents. They kept us informed and did everything they said they would, when they said they would. This was important to us as we're planning a very big trip and had become frustrated with agents leaving us waiting for info etc. Staff were very helpful, even when we changed our plans a couple of times.
