I have used RWF for my solo world trip this summer, Geoff was my point of contact there and I must say he did an AMAZING job. There is nothing I can honestly complain about. I changed many times my tickets and he was very responsive and quick to help me adapt to my new travel arrangements.
I will definitely use them for my next world trip next year!
