Firstly we were handle in a relaxing but professional manner by James. We immediately felt relaxed in his company and were pleased with the advice and flexibility he offered. We are away for a year so are making quite a number of flights and everything thus far has gone like clockwork. We have been in contact with James since leaving England in May and he has been very helpful. Based on this experience we would highly recommend our friends and family to use RTW and indeed have already done so. As seasoned travellers this has not always been the case and we struggle to understand other travel agents who do not offer the same level of service.
