I have used RTWF on a number of occasions for both business and leisure trips. The attention to detail of the customer's needs and general service is first rate, with staff always patiently searching for the best flight options and other passenger requests, as well as ensuring everything pre-trip is in order (visas, etc). The staff are friendly and also respond quickly to phone or email queries. A credit to the world of travel agencies and good old fashioned customer service. Kevin May
