Thanks for getting my Santiago to Sao Paulo flight organised the other week at short notice All is going well here in Brazil And as for any problems and needing to look into things, I would advise. That there is no need. Things were quite stressed here in Australia with the bushfires over new years and comms were continuously an issue; plus tardiness on my part was also a factor I am also a repeat customer and have been and am more than happy with the service the RTW office has provided. Sanjay was also exceptional and provided me with superior customer service to get my flights booked at short notice before christmas 2012. Kept things very straight forward for me and I got what I needed in a matter of 36 hours. Anyway, off to see Christ the Redeemer here in Rio now Regards Evan, UK January 2013
