Route 1 Print used to good at one point when I first started using them 5 yers ago but for the past 2.5 years a very awful and poor service overall. They always let you know on the day if they cant deliver your order and there is nothing you can do to then to let down your own clients. If you rely on R1 Print print and have no other choice then I'd say carry on with the stress but they can't be trusted on a professional or business level to deliver.
