I really dont know where to start. I have been using route 1 for only 4 months and there has been an issue with almost every order. The quality has been shockingly bad. The deliveries may be free but almost always arrive in poor condition. Getting a replacement or a reprint is a nightmare and takes literally weeks. You get promised comlensation but it never arrives. Customer service is awful and are full of excuses. 3-4 day delivery takes over a week. I have worked in print for 30 years and i dont think im going to ladt much longer if i carry on using Route 1. Because of Route 1, in the past 4 months i have lost customers.
