The booking process was easy and staff friendly. The buses arrived well before the booked time and were in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The mic and p a system was the best I have worked with with a 'free range' mic. The RouteMaster staff were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was a problem. The American clients were overjoyed with the experience. All in all a faultless booking and a great company to deal with.
