Customer service is beyond disappointment. Careless, automated emails. Royal Mail what has happen to you ?
I am seriously not going to use Royal Mail for my online business. Packages get lost on a daily basis, missed deliveries, wxtra service that we pay for signed for is a full non sense. Does not deliver what promised. No answers to numerous emails sent- only unless automated emails. Disgrace!
