“Where do I start? The usual nonsense about being expected to wait in all day on the off chance of an important delivery, not being able to do so because of having to work and then being sent all around the houses due to failed delivery. Then a 30 minute wait on the phone plus an extremely unhelpful operator on the other end! Absolutely appalling and the resultant panic attack requiring medical attention as a result was just the last straw! And no idea if or when I will get the item i have paid for! Do better!”
“They leave parcel under front door on the floor and some one stolen parcel. That doesn't want pay compensation £180. I lost my money. Stupid lazy morons”
“My package was delivered to the wrong address. The photo evidence shows a front door that IS not mine. I eventually got through to make a complaint. The wait times seem to be from 40 mins to an hour. 8 days after my complaint i still have had no redponse”
“My post was left on the floor to my building entrance yesterday. Not even on my floor or against the notice board or how about an attempt to redeliver the next day maybe.
This is unacceptable. To carelessly leave personal details on my post for any and everyone entering the building to step on and damage.
How is this doing your job right?
We pay for this civil service.”
“Horrendous! A constant battle with finding our mail and parcels- customer service once I got through after over 30 minutes on the phone put me through to parcel force who hung up on me right after how can I help you. No call back. It’s 22nd May, delivery was expected 15th to 17th, no updates no tracking details and false messages it’s on its way when it’s sitting in a warehouse. Downloaded the app and it doesn’t allow change of delivery options or safe place. I’m going away for two weeks and there’s no way i can change or leave them any instructions. This is one of many many many issues we’ve had. The drivers are illiterate or something they can’t see the three enormous delivery instructions signs we’ve put up. If you’re a business know that awful couriers can put off customers from shopping with you. It was TKMaxx I shopped with but I won’t again to be honest. Businesses please choose a reputable delivery company. Royal mail doesn’t deserve the name.
Our mail goes to car dealership a block away and theirs comes to us it’s a mess! So it’s not just parcel force it’s both
I have had no issue with other delivery companies”
“Today (16/05/2026) around 11:20 AM, I had a delivery collection from Havant (PO9 2AE). A gentleman named Dru helped me move the package from my home to his vehicle. He was super kind and helpful, providing a very easy and stress-free service. He deserves all the best for his hard work!”
“I asked specifically for a Saturday delivery, but guess what Royal Mail decided to do. They kept my parcel in their depot on the delivery day, despite the fact I paid £20 for the service, and the depot is literally around the corner from where I live. They then told me they would deliver it on the next working day. I am not physically at the address on working days, that’s why I opted for Saturday Special Guaranteed Delivery! Royal Mail is an absolute joke.”
“I would like to share my experience with this service, but I feel that my complaints reflect a broader issue rather than being unique. Unfortunately, I found the service to be extremely lacking and unsatisfactory. I'm genuinely disappointed and hope to see improvements in the future. 😠”
“Ordered 2 small rubber grommets about the size of a 50p coin. Would you believe there was a red non delivery card through the door!!!! 30/4/26. Apparently a 2nd delivery attempt will be made the following day. !!!! What the hell has happened to royal mail !!!!. I buy lots of items online and always used sellers who used royal mail for delivery as they were always excellent. Royal mail are now by far the worst company for deliveries. I have actually experienced postmen making no attempt to knock on door as I,ve been sat in my living room. It,s about time royal mail went to the wall
Service is absolute garbage recently.”
“APPALLING COMPANY AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
No proof of delivery just a picture of a floor and the postman's feet, delivered to the wrong address as the floor is not the delivery address, signature that can't be made out and a initial for name.
Support said they would send the postman back out to collect the item and deliver it correctly, didn't happen, escalated case sided in their favour without any evidence, now locked out from doing anything.
Disgusting company to not use and AVOID!”
“Today, 22/04/2026, I waited at home until 15:54 for Royal Mail ( Waltham Cross)to deliver my parcel, as stated in the delivery email I received.
Although I had other important commitments, I stayed at home waiting for the delivery. I also have an engineer scheduled to visit my property on 23/04/2026 to install my router.
Due to the failed delivery today, there is a risk that the engineer appointment may be affected.
I have also taken time off work for 23/04/2026, and this situation is causing me inconvenience and financial loss due to wasted time.
I am very disappointed with the service and I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the failure to deliver the parcel as expected.
Royal Mail employees use deceptive tactics and blatantly lie, claiming they tried to deliver something, either saying the recipient wasn’t home or using another false excuse that the property wasn’t safe so they couldn’t leave the parcel. Royal Mail employees are liars, and many of them should be fired.”
“Was expecting an item from Vinted - all tracking seems to be okay only to be told the item was sent back to the sender because my address apparently doesn't exist - have made complaint online and have had no response - will think twice before using Royal Mail for any future deliveries.”
“Appalling service, letter from local hospital for an important appointment sent on April 1st arrived today ( April 9th.) for appointment dated April 8th, hence appointment missed.
No wonder NHS appointments are missed.”
“Posted an anniversary card for my youngest son with a 1st class stamp on 2nd March for his wedding anniversary on 9th March. It didn't arrive until 16th March. Posted birthday cards for my eldest son with 1st class stamps on 24th March for his birthday on 31st March. It's now 2nd April and they still haven't arrived. What a shambles and you have the cheek to increase your prices! Get a grip and start delivering a decent service.”
