Where is my track and signed for parcel? Posted to New Zealand on 27/3 now sitting at Langley 6/4. This service is expensive and totally unfit for purpose. Is there a mountain of post accumulating in a warehouse that Royal Mail will sell off???!?
What to do when a collection has been arranged and booked and paid for----- but doesnt happen ?! Booked for Tuesday---- failed---- rebooked for Wednesday--- failed---- rebooked for today Friday---- failed, nobody turned up to collect parcel , in greenhouse, safe place, no dog!!
Rang royal mail 4 x to report it, but just told to " re book it "

Royal mail are the most incompetent company iv ever known!!! You pay them to deliver your parcels and they expect you to go and collect them!!!what are they being paid for? Left numerous signed documents accepting responsibility for loss or damage and they still won't leave parcels in safe place!! Unfortunately I can't get the cat to answer the door when I'm not in!!!!!!!!! Amazon for and Hermes put them to shame
How do disabled people access the royal mail. I am blind so can't use PC or phoning is absolutely cr**. They use to be the biggest employer in Britain now the biggest load of rubbish in the world what about the unfortunate people who love to gta letter. Total waste of time . The Queen should hang her head in the next issue of stamps.

Today is Thursday 14th October, TWO MONTHS later, there has been no movement/parcel sitting at LANGLEY HWDC for Two Months!!!!
Can anyone tell me why I suspect most, if not all, of the 5 star reviews here to be posted by RM staff, or girls who have the hots for their postie? I believe there are enough complaints here to warrant questions in Parliament about Royal Mail. They are certainly not fit to retain the Royal Endorsement.

has anyone used the Royal Mail international tracked service? I need to send an urgent letter to Australia and would appreciate any experience that others have had with this service
Why has my package, dispatched on 13/11/17, arrived bristol mail centre 14/11/17 (11 miles from delivery destination) now gone to Gatwick 150 miles away?
why am I unable to track my item's , as an eBay seller I have had to refund seven so far in the last 3 months as all have said they didn't get their item's . No way of tracking to see if item had been delivered, this is very bad for sellers as buyers now know that they can get away with this so easy now . My wife asked at our local Post Office about this tracking service and she said that the Post Office know but not to tell customers as money will be lost. Thinking about themselves first rather than put the customer first is a very bad service, more than 3 months now this has gone on for as when you put tracking details in your service just freezes up . The ONLY tracked service Royal Mail offer is Special Delivery. Standard service (parcels only) offers a confirmation of delivery using the reference on the receipt. Signed For offers a signature on delivery but NO tracking. The Post Office will have been referring to the confirmation of delivery on standard parcel services (not letters or large letters) as Ebay have said this confirmation will suffice, rather than paying extra for Signed For.
