Absolutely unacceptable service. A 1st Class parcel containing a valuable item was posted on 12 June and has still not arrived after 12 days. Customer service was unhelpful, and even the local office could not provide any information. Paying for a service and receiving no delivery or meaningful support is extremely frustrating. Royal Mail needs to do much better.
