I arranged for a redelivery for Saturday 6th September via the app on Thursday 4th morning as I work Monday to Friday so knew I wouldn't be in to take delivery as previously I have had to complain about them failing to deliver to my safe place.

Say they've attempted to deliver an item on 4 occasions, however they haven't as people have been in at the delivery address and no card has been left.

I used the address and the name of a book shop open from 9am to 18pm monday to sunday in order to be sure to receive and have no surprises. This morning I receive a message from Royal Mail saying delivery attempted, address inaccessible... As I know the book shop is not recently exploded should be easy find the entrance door but no. Not for Royal Mail . No one job is easy for Royal Mail

Waited in a day for delivery that had to be signed for ,never turned up, track and trace unavailable site down ,and took 24hrs just to get to London depot from posting in London and should have been with me in Worcestershire in 24hrs , day wasted hanging around, and should lose it's royal coat of arms warrant, as not owned by a uk company, so no loyalty to the crown or country.

They provided a delivery window for my parcel on the 6th of August between 11:23 and 14:23, but I was at home the entire time and no one came to deliver.

Disgraceful company which should no longer be "Royal". Delivery marked as arriving today now delayed (unsuprisingly). This is a consistent issue - as bad as Evri.

I paid for Tracked 48 but received Untracked 96. Due to this delay I requested a later date delivery so I could be present to receive my package. Royal Mail confirmed my request via email. Then they delivered this morning against my wishes. If my package is stolen they will be reimbursing me.

Had a parcel sent 2nd class recorded 7 days ago and disappeared. No tracking updates so its been either lost or stolen for some reason. Got another one on the way 2nd class recorded and if that fails to arrive I will raise a complaint like I've done before. They have been good at delivery for a long time but this now is suspicious behaviour.
