“ A few weeks ago a package from Boots online prescriptions got lost because although it was classed as a letterbox delivery he didn't put it through the letter box he took it back but couldn't be bothered to do his job properly and put it in the system for a redelivery it was never seen again !!!! (if i had my way he would have been sacked). ”

“ It used to be a really good couriers but something change. They don't even bother to knock to the door and just leave the note they attempted delivery. I lived in the tenement house, we don't have any door bell or something. Such a shame. Not recommended at all. Try some other courier. Customer service doesn't exist. U have to wait ages in the queue and no satisfactional answers. Email if u are lucky maybe there answer. Meh. ”

“ Received a notification to say delivery was attempted and that my address is inaccesible. Delivery window moved forward all day while I’ve been indoors waiting, so they’re trying to shift the blame for non delivery. Wouldn’t give them one star given that lie. ”
