I was travelling on the 8th of December and it said, speed up delivery.

The delivery instructions couldn't have been clearer: to a doctor's surgery. They managed to deliver it to a hair salon six shops down. Unbelievable. Anybody with eyes could see it wasn't a doctor's surgery.

The worst delivery company is Royal Mail after sending me emails that they found no one in the house yet iam there they had my parcel for over 10days i feel so angry and bad now went to the office in ardwick they say parcel is in ancoats

I paid extra for special delivery to come yesterday as it was meant to be a part of my 4 year old's birthday.

Horrific. Paid the customs, on delivery day I got' sorry we missed you ' when I was in all day - redirected it to my home it did not arrive, waited in all day. Called numerous times only to be cut off - no help, no commubication, no attempt at delivery - a joke of a business...Royal Mail/ parcel force, do your job or don't take peoples packages. DO NOT USE these companies. Zero stars.

Why cant we leave 0 star!! Email received giving an approx time for delivery so I made arrangements with work to be at home.

Royal Mail said I would get delivery of BTHub etc 26th September 2025.

On 22 nd of September, I missed another delivery, and could not trace it as I was told it had been 10 days since it was delivered, during which time I was enquiring with the company I bought goods from.
