After reading all the reviews everywhere, I almost lost hope in receiving my parcel. I started thinking of what legal action should I take next haha. But to my surprise I received it! And it was left in a safe place. 4 stars cz it took too long and I had to keep visiting site to track it, they wouldn't update you

Got package in 6 days from Poland... not the fastest company, but for this price (less than half than GLS), 6 days is acceptable for me.

I have to give not less than 4 stars as the customer service is very well trained to handle customer’s concern with care! Mistakes are made and my local delivery office is not fit for purpose as they’ve lied initially about delivering my parcel. Then, the escalation team, a young lady handled the situation properly. Spoken to the D office & interviewed the Royal Mail officer, but could not locate the parcel. She’s now refunded the cost of the parcel which’s only a phone case. I do appreciate any company or organisation when taking complaints seriously. I’m happy to use the Royal Mail rather than other useless delivery providers such as the nightmare UPS or MyHermes.

Dreadful ordinary lightweight package £3.85 sent correctly addressed from.post office did nor arrive to address in UK no doubt Covid will be blamed or maybe Brexit expensive charges but service becoming worse and worse
