I have to give not less than 4 stars as the customer service is very well trained to handle customer’s concern with care!
Mistakes are made and my local delivery office is not fit for purpose as they’ve lied initially about delivering my parcel.
Then, the escalation team, a young lady handled the situation properly. Spoken to the D office & interviewed the Royal Mail officer, but could not locate the parcel. She’s now refunded the cost of the parcel which’s only a phone case.
I do appreciate any company or organisation when taking complaints seriously. I’m happy to use the Royal Mail rather than other useless delivery providers such as the nightmare UPS or MyHermes.
