Sent parcel via "tracked service" for delivery in 2-3 days.
Item status is showing "dispatched" for the past 6 days with no progress in its journey and no useful info from customer services other than "dispatched". What a waste of money and time. Dismal company to use and causes customer dissatisfaction for my business. Will be switching to another courier company from now on.
