Get another email sorry parcel couldn’t be delivered to my safe place , choose options. Did that Bute’s sage came up, you already have changed delivery. Come home to card saying item too big for letterbox and an email saying chose delivery option, go to do it, no record of previous choice made, earliest day is Thursday when I’m at work so have now chosen Saturday. And they wonder why they are in financial trouble? Why other forms who actually have viable websites and are customer friendly are beating them into the ground? They have no contact number,only unhelpful “helpful” read yourself to not find the answer questions. Royal Mail is not royal, doesn’t deliver a service and delivers my mail at random times of the day or evening. What a useless “service”.
