Terrible service, after receiving a message to say my parcel will be delivered between 10.24 and 14.24 I waited up all morning after working 12hr night shifts only to receive an email at 11.30am saying “failed delivery at 07.55 There was no card through the door, so I can’t even go and collect it from the Royal Mail depo! I called to complain but I all I got was an apology and a reference number! No offer of help, ie when I asked if they can call the depo to at least let them know I’m collecting the parcel I was told they can’t do that because their busy at the depo!! So now even though I work shifts days and nights I have to sort this mess out myself on very little sleep! Dire service that needs bringing into the 21century
