We have ordered something on a website 2/3 weeks ago, we received an email saying that the parcel was delivered without even say where. No card was left, anything. We went to nearest post office but they said that if someone “miss the delivery”, the driver wouldn’t leave the parcel by the PO. So he told us to go to the area competent Delivery Office. We went there, while trying to figure out where was the package while putting some number somewhere on the pc. She came saying that they couldn’t find it even if it was there so they asked me to leave my phone number saying that the competent manager would have called the day after. Today is the day after, no one has called, the office is close so not the even the call center is worth calling. Good job.
