Absolutely useless refuse to order from anyone using Royal Mail. Just leave a card and takes item back to depo only to say they can redeliver 3 days later. Bloody useless. I was clearly in the house at the time they supposedly tried to deliver. Just leave the bloody thing with a neighbour or by the bins. No wonder Amazon is taking over.
