Throughout 2020 this company is consistently useless. Always late (very late) with no explanation , unable to track parcels. like many other people are now starting to check who companies are using to deliver and avoid Royal Mail. I don't blame the individuals who work for Royal mail, it is those wearing the blindfolds in senior management and the legacy of self entitlement that came with a long since removed monopoly. We now have a choice people and companies like this simply won't survive.
