Is there anything worse than Royal Mail? They lost my passport even with Special Delivery Guaranteed service. It seems like a random dude from Royal mail signed for my name. That's woooow. No one from customer service would help me. I'm calling for days consuming my credit and no one would take my calls. Today they took my call after 40 minutes waiting and while talking the call just suddenly ended. I'm speechless
