Still waiting on the phone to customer services after 35 minutes trying to trace a lost parcel.
Royal Mail is the worst excuse of a delivery company. Tracking that doesn't work. Time slots and live updates not available.
Blaming Covid and now Christmas....whatever next. Funny though all my other deliveries seem to get hear ok and on time.
