Used track and signed for. One of my parcels delivered within 4 days the other I have no idea where it is? You can’t track the item at all as only says we received this at....branch on .....date! I know this information already as I took it there and paid for you to receive it!!!!!
Can’t speak to anyone as phone lines are so busy(I am sure this will be as a result of COVID)
The item I sent to my daughter is now out of stock and can’t be sourced.
