Tracking system is terrible. Parcel left supplier 7 days ago. Entered tracking code but RM failed to track it. Rang up item supplier for help.
Next day parcel arrived! - no tracking info or delivery advice. The only info was item received, time and false signature. Luckily item arrived undamaged. Not the first time I’ve had issues with RM parcel service. Thank goodness the majority of the logistics business doesn’t operate like RM.
