I have now been waiting for 2 weeks for a 24HR tracked parcel. It has been to several depots and delivery offices around London! I am very worried it will not ever arrive.
Nearly time I order a parcel it is recorded as 'undeliverable' and I have to go to the delivery office to pick it up.
My post is frequently delivered to the wrong address, and I have to go around hunting for it.
Note: no other delivery company has this problem with our address.
