First package delivered to the wrong address and left in a cupboard of a disabled lady. Only found by chance by her son.
Second package lost and supplier had not replace via DPD
Third package due today between 9.13 & 13.13 and requiring a signature ( strange given the covid restriction). Waited in but no delivery. Track n Trace still shows it at the Mailing Centre. Not holding my breath on a successful delivery.
I wonder why companies use this service when other can offer better.
