Really poor service at the moment, I’ve been selling many items the past few weeks and had to spend over £7.50 to send and still the parcels haven’t got to my customer on time. It’s a shambles, I suggest using couriers like dpd, ups or dhl. They have employed thousands of new drivers to keep up with demand. Royal Mail have only took on the normal rate of staff for a ‘normal’ Christmas year. Not sufficient for this years unprecedented demand.
