Actual laughing stock, parcels going missing, post never coming, stolen products, tracking numbers that show parcels stuck at DC.
Useless customer services, it would be faster to personally deliver it yourself. I hate RM so much I wish we had a more reliable and trustworthy service. If we applied the principals to my career I’d be sacked long ago
