I was told my parcel was delivered on the 17th of November! After enquiring with the company several times; where is my parcel.
No parcel was delivered in that day- as family members were home all day and evening. Yet, Royal Mail have tracked my parcel was delivered to my address!
No paperwork was posted as they supposedly delivered the item.
Why should Royal Mail be allowed to deceive??? Enough is enough!!!
