Sent International end to end tracking. Promised 4-5 days. Now nearly 1 month on- not arrived. Tracking still showing Langley, UK.
Impossible to get through in the phone! Spent 60 min-no one picking up!!! Automated service -crap! You have to say the Reference number and each time the system picks random numbers!
