Really disappointing and bad service, my international tracked and signed shipment from UK should receive Dubai in 10-14 maximum days as per the order and after 1month still it shows status as item will be now leaving UK and tracking link is even error.
I suggest you never to use royal mail service for important documents. Even they dont provide proper section for writing personnel complaint in their website.
