Absolutely disgusting service, particularly in our area of Stockport. People are missing hospital appointments because of their ineptitude. My wife has cancer treatment and regularly (almost always) has to phone Christie because RM can't be bothered to deliver in reasonable time.
Furthermore, why is there not an official complaint procedure??
