I sent 1st class parcel 8 days ago, still not yet arrived. Very poor service. We put our trust in you when we hand over our post that it will be delivered, especially when you pay for 1st class for an item to go to an address within Scotland. Where is it? Will it be delivered at all? There seems to be no responsibility to the customer.
