Where do you want me to start. The tracking system doesn't work. They've lost at least 2 of my parcels. The delivery man is red card happy sticking them tho my door when am in the house. A lot of people have plenty negativity towards other dlivary companies. But I've had no problems with them. As soon as I see my stuffs being deliverd by royal mail I die a little inside.
