I live in a small block of flats, two flights of stairs, and mail is left on the staircase, no attempt to put the mail through the letterbox, a resident with a disability has to walk down a flight of stairs to collect their mail. A letter posted only 15 miles away 7 days ago has still not arrived.
Complain!!! the locals Royal Mail office does not answer the phone.
What a sad outfit this new Royal Mail is.
