RM Track and trace hardly ever works and when it does it rarely provides you with any helpful detail.
customer service is of no use, unhelpful and even worse as a recipient.
RM need to improve 200% in many many areas if they are to compete with other courier services such as DPD.
RM should stick to delivering small parcels and letters unless they are prepared to invest properly and actually be helpful.
