What a joke Royal Mail. They are total incompetent couriers. Track and trace is a joke. If I post a letter to my next door neighbour it travels from Oxford to Swindon 35 miles away gets sorted and travels 35 miles back to local office then eventually after a week 4 miles to the delivery address total 74 miles what a joke need to get their house in order . Government should fine them and not allow them to raise prices.total rubbish service.
