I have posted eight parcels all 1st class signed for on the 12th of December and not one has been delivered to date 17th Dec. The online tracking says that they have been accepted at the Post Office on the 12th and that's it, no more information! Absolutely useless service! I don't want to hear the Coronavirus excuse any more I'm sick of it, this is just lousy service and ripping the public off for a service the Royal Mail are not providing.
From now on I will avoid using Royal Mail wherever possible because they are an absolute disgrace!
